🐰🐣Mi is készülünk már január óta folyamatosan! ☝Nem csak az adott heti piacra készítjük kézműves termékeinket. A nagy parasztsonkákat, kötözött sonkákat is besóztuk majd füstöltük. Már érleljük, hogy az ünnepi asztalra elkészüljenek. Ez egy hosszú folyamat. Így a hagyományos eljárással még ízletesebb, érettebb sonkákat kapunk.
☝Egy kis ínyencséggel is készülünk pluszban a nagy érdeklődésre való tekintettel. Saját rackajuh minitenyészetemből is viszek a piacra bárányt. 🐑 Erre még tudok előrendelést felvenni. 😊

Easter is coming soon! 🐰🐣 We are preparing our products since January. ☝ We make our products not just for the weekly market. The large peasant hams and netted hams were salted then smoked and cured to make them ready for festive table. This is a long process. With this traditional process we get even tastier and more ripe hams.
☝In addition we also prepare with a little delicacy to the great interest. I also take a lamb meat from my own racka sheep mini-farm to the market. 🐑 I can still pre-order for this.😊
